Victoria Magniant has chosen Convelio and DHL to deliver your orders. The delivery time is then 1 to 2 working days by Fedex, 6 to 7 working days by Dascher in France, and up to 8 working days for international.
We also offer a courier delivery option (First Course) in Paris and the Paris suburbs.
For orders delivered outside the European Union, taxes and customs duties may be applied. These taxes and customs duties are your responsibility and must be paid upon delivery. The total amount of your order does not include these taxes and customs duties.
The status of your order can be checked at any time in your account. To do this, click on the login button at the top right of the home page and fill in the username and password entered during your purchase. If in doubt, do not hesitate to contact us at contact@victoriamagniant.com
In accordance with article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 7 days from the date of delivery of the order to return the products. The products must be returned at your expense, in their original packaging and in new condition, accompanied by the order number, to the following address: Victoria Magniant- 39-41 Galerie Vivienne 75002 Paris - France
Keep proof of deposit of the parcel: in the event of a dispute or loss of the parcel by the carrier, the deposit slip will prevail and the refund of the returned product(s) can thus be made. Upon receipt of your package, we will send you an email to inform you and we will refund the returned product(s) within 15 working days. The refund method is the one used when paying for your order. For example, if you paid by credit card, we will credit you back to your credit card. It is not possible to change the payment method for the refund.
